You were born a sexual human. There is no separation between you and your sexuality. When you reclaim your sexuality you reclaim your right to live. Your right to feel safe. Your right to feel loved. Your right to be here now.

When you reclaim your sexuality, you reclaim your access to your divine creative power. The only thing that limits you in this life is your imagination- and it’s fast asleep when you disown your sex, when you are disconnected from your sex because of past trauma and pain.

You’re worthy of moving beyond your pain and transforming it into your greatest asset. I know how difficult it can be, and there is no way I could ever understand your pain. I can empathize, though.  I know it’s tough. I know it’s hard. I know sometimes it seems like there simply is no other way to move forward.

I’m here to hold your hand. To remind you that you’re not alone and that it’s okay to move forward. I’ve felt stuck before, too. I’ve felt alone. I’ve felt like it wasn’t safe to move beyond where I was. I’m here to tell you it’s safe. If you fall, I’ll help you back up.

If you double down in pain, I’ll get on the floor with you and stroke your hair and tell you to let it out.

We’re human and this journey can be unbearable alone. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do it alone. Take my hand and let’s explore the mystery of life together.
